Connection at Home

Traveling to attend an in-person class isn’t always possible whether because of time, finances, or the season of life you’re in. During the pandemic, we began offering our classes as live webinars, and what surprised us is how deeply connected they still felt.

These aren’t your typical “sit and listen” online courses. Our live webinars are warm, approachable, and interactive – a space where you learn alongside others, ask questions, feel supported, and truly experience our work in community. Over time, we’ve come to see them as a meaningful alternative for anyone who wants to be part of this learning and healing experience, even if traveling in person isn’t an option right now.

Engaging webinars

Connection is important – especially in this state of the world – and it’s at the heart of how we teach.

“I highly recommend taking online classes with Tracey & Sharon. They’ve created such a personal experience that I truly feel like I’m in the room with them. They’ve perfected the online format, making it easy to feel connected and engaged.”” Betty Greever, RN, LMT in Louisville, KY

We intentionally keep our webinar groups small, typically 12–24 participants, so the educational experience stays connected, personal, and alive. Like our in-person trainings, we create a learning space that is accessible, engaging, and responsive, where your questions are welcomed and your experience actively shapes the class. We don’t believe this level of depth is possible in large groups and we think you’ll notice the difference.

Whether online or in-person, our work emphasizes a whole-person, body-centered approach to learning with mindfulness and presence as a core and grounding principle. Whether you are learning ethics, breathwork, bodywork for depression and anxiety, reflexology or sound healing – mindfulness is a thread through it all.

All of our webinars are offered through Zoom. When you register we will send you an email with details about the class and then one to two days prior to the class, you will receive a link to join the live webinar. It is best to use a computer or a tablet, rather than a phone, for the optimal experience.

All live webinars are NCBTMB Approved for massage therapists.
