“The most powerful training, both personally and professionally, that I have ever taken” Kim Turk, LMBT, Duke Integrative Health Coach

For over a decade, we’ve empowered hundreds of people through the transformative and healing power of breathwork. Our participants expressed a desire for deeper learning, greater embodiment, and more advanced facilitation skills and from that our comprehensive training program was born. We bring a unique flavor to the breathwork field by integrating bodywork, mindfulness, self-inquiry, movement, conscious communication, and heart-centered breathwork facilitation. We are devoted to nurturing facilitators who can guide others with compassion, presence, and the tools to support lasting transformation. This 9-month experience blends personal integration with professional training. You’ll learn the method through a deeply integrative approach that is grounded in embodiment and guided at a pace the body can trust. This training is an invitation into your authenticity, so your facilitation becomes real, embodied, and uniquely yours. Our next program begins March 2027.
