Continuing Education for Georgia Licensed Massage Therapists

All of our courses are NCBTMB Approved and to our knowledge have historically been​ accepted by the Georgia Board of Massage Therapy. That being said, we are aware that the Georgia Board of Massage Therapy has made some recent changes and is disallowing certain types of modalities that they have listed on their website (click here and scroll to policy A9).​ We are no longer teaching Integrative Reflexology in the state of Georgia as the reflexology modality is now not an allowable continuing education course for your Georgia licensure renewal.    We apologize for not being able to be more definitive about future approvals however the State of Georgia is clear that they do not pre-approve courses so we can only share with you based on history.

As far as the NCBTMB, our Bodywork for Depression and Anxiety course is a hands-on course and is designated as “therapeutic massage” by the NCBTMB.  Our Breath, Body & Sound is also hands-on and is designated as “therapeutic massage” by the NCBTMB.  For both of these courses, we will submit your continuing education hours to Georgia CE broker on your behalf after completion of the course.
