About the course:
Lymph massage is a gentle hands-on technique that is easy on the practitioner’s body – yet has very powerful healing ability to decongest tissues, free stagnation, improve immune function and restore health.
This is a continuation of the basic training – Lymph Massage: Protocol for Detoxification and Minor Pathologies – although it is open to everyone whether you have taken the first training or not. In this three-day highly hands-on training, we focus on working with cancer patients as a way to restore the efficiency of the lymphatic system and boost the immune function. You will learn about interrupted pathways of the lymphatic system and how lymphedema develops, both primary and secondary.
You will learn a specific protocol on how to work with a compromised system after breast, ovarian, prostate and other cancers and how to navigate different pathways to relieve patients of edematous tissues. We will address issues of lymph node removal, radiation and trauma and how to bypass the non-existent lymph nodes or damaged tissue to help restore efficient lymphatic flow.
You will leave this training with a comprehensive understanding of how to work with the pathways of the lymph system after cancer treatment while bringing skilled, compassionate care to your clients.
