Breathe Deeply

Many people don’t breathe freely due to stress, exhaustion, anxiety, depression and chronic tension yet our breath is essential to living a happy and balanced life. The breath is the most accurate and instantaneous mirror of our inner state—reflecting our emotions, thoughts, and overall well-being. By consciously connecting with the breath in a safe and gentle process we regulate the nervous system and metabolize emotions in a more skillful way. As we connect with the breath in this inspired way, we move towards more happiness in the heart, ease in the body and pleasure in life. Think of it as a re-boot to your body, mind and spirit.

The benefits of breathwork can include: more clarity, reduced anxiety and depression, increased stress-resilience, increased energy, feelings of ease and flow in life, decreased physical pain, heightened awareness and insight, grounded presence and an expanded sense of connection with self and others.

Depression and anxiety are at all time high levels. The breathwork and meditative practices
in this course work directly with the nervous system and provide skills and tools to find our
way through the turbulence of this time.

Everything in the universe is in a constant state of vibration, including every bone, tissue, organ and cell in our body. Optimal “sound” health is achieved when these vibrations harmonize at their resonant frequencies. When our vibration is out of sync, we may feel out of sorts, depleted and imbalanced.  Profound effects happen when we couple breath with sound, enhancing our body’s resonance and promoting a healthy vibration. It is in this state that we deepen relaxation, reduce anxiety and tension, heighten awareness and get a boost to the immune system. No previous experience with sound healing is necessary.
